Together, we'll also develop a pricing strategy based on a thorough market analysis to ensure your home is competitively positioned.

Promoting  / Offer Stage

Once your home is listed, I'll launch a targeted marketing campaign across multiple platforms, from MLS and social media to my personal network.

 

I’ll manage open houses and individual showings, gather feedback, and keep you informed.

 

When offers start coming in, we’ll review and strategize to secure the best possible terms from the offers on the table.

The Closing Process

After accepting an offer, I’ll oversee every detail of the due diligence and closing process.

 

From inspections and appraisals to finalizing paperwork and coordinating with all parties involved, I’ll ensure everything stays on track.
